Philosophy

My goals are to teach the kids not only the right way to play but to be competitive and have fun along the way. As I always say..I get more out of it than the kids do. Having kids I Coached years ago still contact me to seek advise or simply to talk let’s me know I made am impact on their lives. I have the same goal for my current kids. Watching them get better each season is of their own doing. We as Coaches can only give kids the tools, they are the ones who implement what we are teaching…ALL of my kids have done that.
